The day in which one starts out
is not the time to start one's preparations.

Once a year, the media alerts us to Small Business Saturday and urges us to get out and spend money at a small local establishment on the Saturday after Thanksgiving. Not a bad idea, of course, but seems to me that anyone who is or wants to be part of the Quiet Revolution, needs to make supporting other entrepreneurs a regular activity.

Not only is it a kind thing to do, it also sends a message that giving and receiving support is essential if we are to succeed on the Joyfully Jobless Journey. After all, everyone who starts a business began with the launch.

Launch. It's an exhilarating, terrifying, satisfying, frustrating part of the building our dreams. As Jeff Walker, author of the popular book  Launch reminds us, "If you're going to be in business, if you're going to have long-term success, then you need to be a perpetual student."

Fortunately, help is on the way. Whether you're just getting started or ready to bring your next idea to life, the perfect catalyst is coming up. The 30 Day Challenge could be exactly what you need to get a head start on the new year.

Take a look.

The 30 Day Challenge is Back
I'm emailing to tell you about this amazing program kicking off very soon run by a good friend of mine, John Williams.

It's called The 30 Day Challenge and it's your chance to launch your own business idea  in 30 days with the support of John and a team of hundreds of fellow participants.

The '30DC' as it's known, is based on John's 2nd bestselling book,  Screw Work Break Free (How to launch your own money-making idea in 30 days).

Imagine 200 people from around the world taking a crash course in modern entrepreneurship, and launching something that excites them  within 30 days - a blog, an ebook, an online course, a business idea, a networking event, or an app.

You get daily lessons to teach you both mindset and business strategy, live business clinics with John, expert tutorials, website help, and more.

And you'll walk away with a business idea launched - complete with website, a buy button ready to pay you, a social media strategy and website traffic plan that works, and possibly even your first sale!
No Idea? No Problem!
If you want to start something of your own but you don't even have a business idea, we've got that covered. You'll receive the Killer Idea Crash Course and an invitation to a live idea 'hotshop' with John to get your idea nailed down.

You can take part wherever you are in the world and you'll learn how to make progress in just 20 minutes a day. (Oh and the Challenge is the ultimate cure for anyone prone to procrastination or perfectionism.)

There are limited places on the Challenge so if you want to make something happen, take action now.

When I began hearing about  Cholos vs Vampires, the movie Hector Barron and Scott Hahn have been working on, I assumed I wasn't their target audience. That hasn't kept me from getting involved in all the excitement surrounding their Kickstarter project. This is creative fundraising at its best.

If you'd like to lend a hand, it will be most welcome. Besides that, you'll have the fun of helping these creative independent filmmakers get this entertaining story out into the world. Not only have Hector and Scott put together all kinds of thank you rewards for their supporters, they've produced a steady stream of entertaining short videos to explain what's going on. Buon Viaggio,
